Return and refund policy

Returns:

Our Return and Refund Policy extends for 14 days from the receipt of your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. The shipping costs for returning the products will be on the customer’s account. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable products:

Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any product returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. Please note that gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, applying the credit to your original payment method after deducting any discounts, restocking fees, and applicable shipping charges.

Exchanges (If applicable):

We replace products only in the case of (a) defects or (b) damage during delivery. If you require an exchange for the same product, please email us at hello@uniekaanlyn.co.za for assistance.
