Shipping and delivery policy:
- Courier Delivery with a cost of R100. Delivered directly to your home or office address, anywhere in South Africa.
- PUDO with a cost of R89. Delivered to your nearest or preferred PUDO locker.
- PAXI with a cost of R60 to R100. Delivered to your nearest or preferred PAXI collection point.
- POSTNET with a cost of R99. Delivered to your preferred POSTNET Branch.
Delivery times:
Depending on your selected delivery option, the following time frames may apply with the preferred delivery method.
- Courier delivery is delivered between 8am and 5pm on business days. Allow 3 -5 Business Days.
- PUDO – 1 to 4 Business Days
- PAXI: 3 – 9 Business Days, based on the selected delivery window.
- POSTNET: 2 to 3 business days – Allow 1 extra business day for outlying areas.
Purchase tracking:
You will receive an email confirmation with your delivery details and a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched or collected. If the product(s) are supplied from a third party or made on order, the product will be shipped once all the product(s) have been quality checked.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products delivered:
If you receive a delivery containing damaged or defective products, or if the quantity delivered does not match your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. You can reach out to us via email at hello@uniekaanlyn.co.za, and we will promptly assist you. We are not responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been stolen.
Lost deliveries:
We assure you of successful delivery of all dispatched purchases. If your purchase is lost, we will either send you a replacement or we will refund the full purchase amount to you.
Delayed deliveries:
Occasionally, delays may occur, especially in remote areas. If the expected delivery times are significantly exceeded, kindly reach out to us via email at hello@uniekaanlyn.co.za, and we will be happy to assist you.
Failed deliveries:
If a courier delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of someone at the specified address during the scheduled time, we will make efforts to reschedule the delivery within 24-48 hours. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional handling and delivery charges incurred during this process.
PUDO: If you do not collect your parcel from the PUDO locker within 48 hours, it will be transferred to the nearest PUDO kiosk/depot. You can request a resend to a PUDO locker nearest to you or an alternative address. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional handling and delivery charges incurred during this process.
PAXI: If a parcel is not collected from its PAXI Collection Point within 14 days, it will be sent back to the Uniek Aanlyn Pty Ltd. While we will attempt to resend it, please note that you may be subject to additional handling and delivery charges.
POSTNET: Should your parcel remain uncollected at the POSTNET branch for 90 days, POSTNET will proceed to dispose of the parcel. Please be aware that we will not be held liable in this event.
Delivery address changes:
To correct a misspelled or inaccurate address or update your delivery details, respond to your purchase confirmation email or contact us at hello@uniekaanlyn.co.za. If your purchase has already been dispatched, additional handling and delivery charges may apply.
Delivery and purchase cancellation:
If you wish to cancel a purchase before delivery, email us at hello@uniekaanlyn.co.za. Cancellation is possible at any stage, with a full refund for non-dispatched items. Once dispatched, the purchase must be returned for cancellation, and acceptance of delivery is required. Personalised products are non-refundable. Once the order is processed, the time invested in creating personalised items makes them ineligible for refunds.
International Deliveries:
Unfortunately, we do not delivery outside of South Africa.
